I’ll admit when I first heard the word “snatched” on TikTok, I was utterly clueless. I thought snatched waists and women at Midlife & Beyond were like a Venn Diagram with zero intersection. Surely, snatched was something the Kardashians laid claim to. But, women over 50 or even 60? Could they really have sexy snatched waists?

Most women have experienced the full blown panic attack that comes with summer and vacations that bring with it the requirement of swimwear. Ideally, most women would prefer to venture to the beach sans a mumu to cover up but, oftentimes, lack the confidence and/or an uber flattering swimsuit that gives you a nice flat tummy, a nipped in waist and a lifted tush and booby.
In full transparency my lifelong 34A’s never needed a booby lift (good things come in small packages!), but my 63 year old tushy and my tummy with multiple surgeries and keloid scarring could definitely use some improvement. Okay, back to the body and TA3! The first suit I slipped into was the Converty Bandeau Top and Kini Bottom in a color that’s truly red hot. I am officially obsessed with this two piece set. It is the most flattering bikini I’ve ever worn. I love the high cut bottom as it covers all those places we need some extra coverage and extra tummy tucking superpowers. I’ll admit, I had my Wonder Woman moment in this gem! It comes in a number of gorgeous colors although I adore this ruby red hue.
The matching top is fabulous. It gave my teeny tiny titties a bit of oomph and ooh la la. I give this suit a 20 out of 10! Yes, I’m known as the Queen of Hyperbole, but this suit is oh so deserving of hyperbole on steroids. It’s like an instant confidence boost and what over 50 or 60 women doesn’t need that on the beach?!?
Next, it was onto the Plungey One Piece Swimsuits, one in that radiant shade of red that’s made me feel like Pamela Anderson and gave me my Baywatch moment. And, yes I was ready to Plunge right in! The other Plungey I’m wearing is Black with Oat Stripes that are soooo flattering up the side of the waist. It’s that added illusion of an even longer and slimmer silhouette that’s sheer genius!
