4 years ago, @yellowbrickrunway at 53 and I at 61 headed to NYC to make a big dream come true - @cocorochamodelcamp 🖤🤍

👩‍🦳We’ve been best friends and soul sisters since the day Jacqueline walked into LA Talk Radio as a guest on my talk show.

💫I’ve learned so much from her and that goes way beyond modeling. I’ve become bolder, more daring and more confident.

💃We’re now 64 & 56 and about to be reunited together again.

📸We can’t wait to celebrate with some very special brands and photo shoots and to gather together an intimate group of @agelessinseattle women for a luncheon following a segment with @holly_menino.

🙌When I look back to my life before my Near Death Experience, it’s as though I see a completely different person.

The woman I am today sees life through a radically different lens.

It’s not that the NDE changed me. I changed me.

I took a deep dive inside of myself and didn’t like what I was seeing. No one could change my inner world but me.

The small stuff doesn’t matter anymore. Here’s what does?

🧘‍♀️Letting the past stay in the past
🧘‍♀️Being over doing
🧘‍♀️Living from the heart not the head
🧘‍♀️Being kind beginning with yourself
🧘‍♀️Choosing peace
🧘‍♀️Making time for play
🧘‍♀️Believing in a higher power
🧘‍♀️Living with purpose

🙌Near death taught me that life isn’t about doing more, it’s about being more. More present. More peaceful. More YOU.

👩‍🦳Not the you - you think you are - but the YOU, the deeper you, the real you - the YOU hidden deep within.

🤍At 64, I finally love the me l’ve become.
