The “Buzz” On Women Over 40 – Capturing Grace

Don’t you just love surprises? I mean beautiful, out of the blue, heartwarming surprises! 

One of those arrived this past week from a woman I deeply admire, Erin Busbee, the brilliant creative behind the force for women over 40 that is “Busbee Style.” Erin is not only kind, heartfelt, and courageous in her vulnerability, she’s drop dead gorgeous along with being uber talented in the fashion arena. Erin has just revamped her brand and website with a fierce and fabulous new look to match her ever evolving vibrant energy. Erin has also joined the mission to disrupt perceptions around what it means to be a woman over 40! I absolutely love Erin and her vision to awaken women at Midlife & Beyond to the infinite possibilities both within and without! Her eye for gorgeous design and impeccable style is such a gift to women. She’s an ageless wonder who continues to light the world on fire.

As Erin celebrates the latest reinvention of her brand and her blog, she is also celebrating some incredible women in the YouTube and Blogging Arena who are over 40, women you must get to know! I have to admit being utterly flabbergasted to be on this very list amongst some of my dear friends as well as women whom I’ve followed like Trinny Woodall and Dominique Sasche who are like mini celebrities to me! My heart is busting with gratitude to have received such an honor and beautiful gift from Erin and her lovely team at Busbee Style. 

This year, I’ve been unusually under the radar for many reasons. To open my email and receive this incredible gift was both shocking and heartwarming. I couldn’t be more grateful as we head into a new year and a new beginning where I will be anything but under the radar. I’ll be joining Erin and these amazing women shouting to the rooftops the incredible gift and blessing it is to be not only over 40, but turning 60 this year! Who knew getting older would get better and better with every passing decade?
